Summit 2010 Shirts: Shirts are available for $10 and must be ordered upon registration.

Roommate Requests:
The online Summit registration form invites you to complete your roommate requests.  Roommate requests can be added or changed with your log-in up to December 1. If you do not have requests that fill up your room based on your package choice, the Summit Office will assign roommates for you. Maybe you should let us mix you in with other young adults in North America so you are blessed with new relationships!

Room lists for each region/yearly meeting will be sent to the primary regional group leader after December 3 and/or upon request anytime to the Summit Office.  Roommate assignments are subject to change up to December 28.

Travel:  Contact your the church group leader in your region/yearly meeting right away to let them know you are coming and to learn about regional travel plans to Summit.  Groups should plan to arrive to Cheyenne Mountain Resort at 2:00pm on December 28.

Details, Details, Details

**Required deposit amounts listed are the minimum deposit payment to make your registration valid.  Early Bird discounts, late fees, shirt costs and convenience fees are added to your total registration balance, and do not change your package minimum deposit amount.  But you are welcome to make any additional payments or make full payment towards your balance upon registration or anytime before December 28.

Package rates listed are total package cost.  Deposits are the required payment towards that total cost.  To calculate balance due upon check-in at Summit, take package plus shirt plus discount or late fee (plus 3% if paying by credit card) minus deposit minus additional payments.  Sample for 4 in a room paying by mail postmarked late:  $355 plus $10 shirt plus $25 late fee minus $175 deposit = $215 balance owed upon check-in.

Changes to your registration form (roommates, package, etc) can be made with your log-in all the way up to December 1. If you make changes after your deposit is paid any changes to your package cost and/or deposit can be settled upon conference check-in.

*Credit Card Convenience Fee: All Online payments to Summit now or later are charged an additional 3% convenience fee. Mail check with Mail-in Payment Form postmarked by due dates to save this additional fee. If you choose either 'pay deposit by credit card[' or 'pay full payment by credit card' when you register, the website will add the 3% fee to your full package cost. If you end up paying any or all of your registration costs by mail or at the check-in desk in Colorado, we will adjust your amount owed accordingly so that you are only paying 3% on any amounts you paid online.  Sorry for this incovenience due to website program capabilities!  Group Leaders, please send group payments by mail (by due dates) so we don't have to add 3% to any payments you make by credit card for your group!

Special Guest Rate: If you were invited by the Summit Planning team to represent an organization or ministry, contact the Summit Office for the discount code to enter upon registration for the "Special Guest Rate" discount. Please use the same online registration process, but note that full reduced-rate payment is due by November 15 and that early bird discounts do not apply.

Liability:  Summit 2010 and EFC-NA hereby and thereby and officially states:  Sending local churches and regions/yearly meetings are responsible for providing appropriate liability consideration and insurance coverage for any and all participants traveling to and from and/or participating in the Summit 2010 event.  This includes any appropriate background searches per local church and/or regional/yearly meeting policy.  The Summit 2010 event does carry a secondary liability certificate. Roommate accommodations will be assigned in cooperation with group leaders with any safety and liability concerns in mind.

Child Rates: Please contact Summit Office for Child Rates and accommodations.

Additional Resort Nights:  If you need additional nights at the resort (such as if you chose to make your own ski arrangements on Monarch Mountain for January 1), feel free to contact the resort directly, or you may contact our office to see if we can help get you a discounted rate.  Note that ski options are about two hours from the resort.

Please do not try to contact the resort for conference guest room accomodations.  The Summit Office has negotiated conference package rates and your guest room reservation is included with your Summit registration.

Airport Shuttle:  The resort offers airport transfer at additional cost to you.  Please contact the Summit Office if you would like to request a free ride from Colorado Springs Airport (30 minutes) or Denver International Airport (90 minutes).
